We are looking for a Software Engineer to work as .NET developer in Glaston Heat Treatment Technologies unit in Tampere. The team is responsible of developing and maintaining a full stack software platform for Glaston glass processing machinery.
This includes wide variety of software layers from user interfaces to machine control communication.
You will be part of Glaston Software Engineering team and you will work in close co-operation with other Engineering teams, Project and Product Management and Glaston Global Technical Support.
What you’ll need to succeed
– BSc in Software Engineering or similar
– At least 1-2 years’ experience in software development
– Good co-operation and team working skills
– Fluent written and spoken English and Finnish
– Initiative and adaptive mindset
– Experience in programming in Microsoft .NET / C# environment
– Modular and object-oriented approach to software development
– Experience in SQL database design and queries
